What can we do for you?
Having CNC mills has allowed us to bring machining into
the workshop, as well as add a new scope of work we
can perform. While we do machine our own items as part
of customers projects, we are also able to help with
production machining, low volume machining, as well as
one off machining.
Machining to date:-
Primary CNC (1). General machining and engraving
-Mild steel including 1020
-Cromo4130 steel
-Aluminium
-Carbon fibre sheet
-Plastics
Secondary CNC (2) General machining, engraving,
relief carving, 3D modelling and inlays.
-Plastics
-Timber.
Lathe work is also available..
While CNC machining brings out an accurate and
beautiful finish with all billet parts, it should be mentioned
that the volume of parts is what brings the cost of CNC
machining down. However, we are still happy to do low
volume and one off machining where required.
If there is more than one item to make, we recommend the time be spent in making a jig to achieve repetition accuracy in the parts or products.
