Currently we are involved in the production of

Australia’s rural fire truck ROPS roll cages. Fully tested,

FEA engineered and built to withstand the full weight of a

completed 16t truck. This included everything from a

prototype build, with regular input from the end

client/customer, as well as the cab chassis manufacturer.

Working with the body builders, and other companies

involved in completing the vehicle, we created a ROPS

that helped incorporate everything down to the smallest

detail. For example;

-Fire curtain mounting

-Light and speaker mounts

-Grab handles and,

-Foot rests.

The end product installed includes interior strip out,

modification, and re-fitment. Laser cut foam trim covers,

compliance details, with a serial number engraved into

each individual ROPS roll cage. .
